Administrative Performance Review:
As per our Fund Distribution Guidelines, all Member Agencies are subject to an Administrative Performance Review one time per each three-year funding cycle. Administrative Performance Reviews for our current funding cycle will begin next month, October 2007.
Below you will find the necessary materials, both schedule and forms, to prepare for your site visit. Additional hard copies, with agency specific information, were sent out to Executive Directors in mid-September 2007. Phone calls and reminder emails will begin approximately a month prior to scheduled site visits.
