A gift directly to the United Way of Santa Cruz County's
Community Investment Fund is the most effective way to make a diffence
in people's lives right here in our community. It is these undesignated and unrestricted
funds that support partner programs and services in Santa Cruz County.
That's why most United Way donors in Santa Cruz County direct their

The largest part of undesignated funds raised is awarded to over 35 Partner Programs . These
programs are chosen based on their effectiveness in our priority goal areas for
Youth, Family Financial Stability and Health. The Community Investment
fund also supports the Volunteer Centers of Santa Cruz County to
connect volunteers to meaningful volunteer opportunities.
