Our Partner Programs are working toward acheiving one or more of the results listed above:

  • Advocacy, Inc. (Long Term Care Ombudsman)
    Provides advocacy and works to protect the rights of residents in long-term care and mental health facilities. 

  • Catholic Charities (Mental Health Counseling)
    Provides bilingual mental health counseling.

  • Community Bridges (Women, Infants & Children)
    WIC provides easy access to a safe, family-friendly, and participant centered program that provides education to promote good nutrition, health and breastfeeding in a respectful and culturally-competent manner.
  • Family Service Agency of the Central Coast (North & South County Counseling, I-You Venture, Suicide Prevention Services)
    Professional, affordable Counseling services for individuals and families to assist in solving problems and reaching personal goals. I-You Venture provides volunteer visitation and friendship to residents of long-term care facilities to help overcome barriers to community life. Suicide Prevention Services trains volunteers to support people during life-threatening crises through a 24-hour multi-lingual suicide crisis line, grief support, youth outreach and education.

  • Healthy Kids of Santa Cruz County
    Provides health, dental and vision coverage for uninsured children of moderate and low-income families. 

  • Hospice of Santa Cruz County (Transitions)
    Supports individuals and families living with life-threatening illness. Professional staff help families better understand medical terms and treatment options, assist with important paperwork, identify community resources and help to create a plan to address changing healthcare needs.

  • Santa Cruz AIDS Project
    A bilingual, county-wide advocacy, education and harm reduction agency providing programs to help prevent new HIV infections and provides life-sustaining care and support to those living with AIDS.

  • Senior Network Services
    Provides seniors with information and assistance, case managment, home help, shared housing, employment services, family caregiver support, MediCare and health insurance advocacy, and money management services. They also annually publish the Senior Resource Directory.
