Leadership Groups

United Way of Santa Cruz County recognize business and community leaders who make an annual gift of $500 or more through one of our Leadership Giving Societies. These leaders share their vision, expertise, and resources to solve community problems and move our county forward. Through their example, they encourage others to do the same.

Joining one of our leadership groups gives you the opportunity to help make change happen and create pathways to self-sufficiency so we all have the quality of life we deserve. Leadership members are recognized at the following levels:

LEADERSHIP GIVING CIRCLE The Leadership Giving Circle is a community of like-minded individuals who invest $500 to $9,999 each year and are passionate making a difference in the lives of those in need in our community.
   
WOMEN IN PHILANTHROPY This group of dynamic women is dedicated to ensuring youth succeed in school and life. Members are creating change in our communities through their designated personal gift of $1,000 or more to the Women In Philanthropy Investment Fund which supports education programs throughout Santa Cruz County.
   
EMERGING LEADERS CIRCLE   The Emerging Leaders Circle is the next generation of great leaders in Santa Cruz County. This group develops philanthropic leadership among local emerging professionals inspiring them to volunteer, grow professionally, network, and gain the skills and knowledge that will help them develop into community leaders. Their $42/month contribution enables members to create programs, projects and events focused on making a positive impact in Santa Cruz County. Coming Soon...Fall 2014
