Allocations:

The 2008 Allocations Process is underway! Below you will find information as to the deadlines for the Common Application (submitted electronically this year via the Contract Management Center (CMC)), as well as the dates for agency site visits.

Contract Management Center (CMC)

The Inter-jurisdictional Contract Management Center (CMC) is available for use including entering your agency information profile, start filling out the FY 2008-09 Common Application, and managing all contract and grant operations through this website. Please note that you may submit your application(s) starting on February 15, 2008, and the last day to submit your applications is March 20, 2008 at 5:00 p.m.

We encourage you to submit your applications earlier during the submission period to assist us in adapting to the new system.

Additional information on the Common Application Process and support for using the CMC can be found here. When working on the Common Application, please pay particular attention to the required documents section on the CMC as it will detail the documents specifically requested by United Way of Santa Cruz County.

Please take care to ensure the appropriate person(s) in your agency know the deadlines so they are met and that your organization is prepared for our allocations site visit.
