Read about our June 3rd Member's lunch.

Greg Stein, Assistant Principal of Ohlone Elementary School, brought two large murals painted by the children at the school. The materials for the murals were paid for by the POWER fund.
One of the murals, shown at right, depicts the animals and flora of the sea.
The other pictures animals of the forest including deer and moose and bear.
"The children had a wonderful time creating these murals" said Greg."And while they were painting them, they also were learning about them and the importance of maintaining their habitats. There is no way we could have these sorts of programs without the support of Women in Philanthropy and the POWER project".
Several of the members and their guests are pictured below and right.
