Jazmine Venegas joined Pacific Gas and Electric Company in 2024 as the Central Coast Government Relations Representative leading local government affairs efforts across Santa Cruz, San Benito, and Monterey Counties. She is a native of El Paso, Texas where she previously worked at El Paso Electric Company as a government affairs specialist, fostering strong relationships with public officials and key stakeholders. Before transitioning to the energy sector, Jazmine gained extensive experience in public service leading community engagement initiatives for Congresswoman Veronica Escobar (TX-16). She is a graduate of the University of Rochester where she earned a bachelor's degree in film and media studies and international relations. With a passion for public policy and community engagement, Jazmine continues to drive meaningful impact through strategic advocacy and relationship-building, underscoring a deep commitment to bridging the gap between the public and private sectors for the benefit of the communities in our region.
