Campaign Central

Donate At Work. Change Lives Here At Home.

Every year, thousands of Santa Cruz County employees get involved in workplace giving campaigns to support our local solutions that improve youth success, family financial stability, and health. Considered one of the greatest social inventions in American history, the United Way workplace campaign unites employees in all offices or branches of a company, and gives them the opportunity to donate, volunteer, and even speak out for causes that tap into their passion. United Way makes it easy for employees to make a difference in their own community.

Here is everything you need to make your United Way workplace campaign fun, easy, and wildly successful!

1. GET STARTED

Recruit a team, get management on board, and plan an exciting campaign that is unique to your organization. Our Campaign Coordinator Action Guide will walk you through the process from start to finish.

2. TALK IT UP

Inspire conversations and start those donations coming in. Customizable templates, graphics, and online campaign pages make it virtually effortless.

3. MAKE IT FUN

Get people revved up about the great work their donations will support! The key is to mix bite-sized nuggets of compelling information with fun, fun, and more fun. We provide ideas to make it easy.

4. WRAP IT UP

You did it! Collect all pledge forms and donations, schedule a wrap-up meeting with your United Way staff contact, and thank everyone. Then celebrate yourself and your team! And know that United Way will recognize your efforts as well during the Annual Community Builder Awards, Spring 2021!
