Farah Galvez brings over 20 years of dedicated volunteer service and leadership to our community. As a local business owner, she served as Vice President of the Scotts Valley Chamber of Commerce.
Her commitment to youth and education is evident, from serving on the Scotts Valley High School Parent Club president, to being a Chairperson of Save Our Schools, to holding multiple roles in PTA at local schools. She is currently the Founder of the non-profit Mental Health Awareness Suicide Prevention (MHASP)Walk in Santa Cruz County.
Farah Galvez is dedicated to the improvement of youth’s lives in Santa Cruz County as she is also the Secretary of the CASA of Santa Cruz County Board of Directors serving all youth in the judicial system. She is also dedicated to working closely with the United Way Women in Philanthropy to raise funds for youth programs to the betterment of the community.
