Hajime Arnold serves on the Board of Directors for United Way of Santa Cruz County. As VP of Global Clinical Affairs at Recor Medical, Hajime brings extensive leadership experience in building high-performing teams and driving strategic growth. He previously co-founded Emanate Life Sciences, a clinical data management company serving biotech and medical device firms, where he led operations, business development, and team building efforts.
Throughout his career, Hajime has demonstrated a proven track record in executive leadership, change management, and operational excellence. He has successfully built teams, reduced operational costs while increasing efficiency, and guided organizations through complex growth phases. His expertise spans clinical research, data management, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership.

Hajime holds a BS in Organizational Behavior & Leadership from the University of San Francisco. His deep commitment to community service spans healthcare and children's welfare—he has served on the Community Board for Sutter Health since 2015 and previously served as a CASA Advocate for Santa Cruz County, advocating for children in the foster care system.
