Phoebe Cahill brings over eight years of experience in employee benefits consulting to her work at OneDigital, where she serves as a Mid-Market Benefits Consultant and Small Market Consulting Manager. In her role, she partners with employers to design meaningful benefits strategies that support the health, financial security, and overall well-being of their employees and communities.
A Santa Cruz native, Phoebe's passion for community impact was ignited during her studies at California State University, Monterey Bay, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Collaborative Health and Human Services. It was during this time that she completed an internship with United Way Santa Cruz County - an experience that planted the seeds for a lifelong commitment to giving back to the community she calls home.
Phoebe is honored to serve on the Steering Committee for Women in Philanthropy at United Way Santa Cruz County, where she is dedicated to empowering women to lead meaningful change in the community.
Outside of work, Phoebe enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, camping, and cooking. She loves sports, cheering on her kids and favorite professional teams alike.
