Sandra is a mission-driven leader, dedicating her career to building and running major social service programs, especially those tackling homelessness and food and economic insecurity. With nearly two decades of experience, Sandra excels at managing diverse teams, fostering partnerships, and ensuring large-scale programs remain compliant and on budget. Sandra is deeply committed to data-driven and person-centered service, leveraging her strong foundation in policy development and advocacy to drive systems change. As a National Truman Scholar with a Master of Public Policy from U.C. Berkeley, Sandra brings a high-level strategic perspective to ground-level work.
