Joey Coffman is the Technology Services Manager for Bay Federal Credit Union. Joey oversees the proactive implementation of hardware, software, and communications equipment across the Credit Union, as well as supervising the Service Desk staff to ensure timely and effective solutions are delivered to team members. Joey is an up-and-coming leader at the Credit Union. He is seen as an influencer and a team player. He serves on the Community Support Steering Committee, where he helps direct volunteer opportunities that are presented to employees, and plays on the Credit Union’s softball team.
Joey joined Bay Federal as a teller in 2014 and quickly found his niche in the Credit Union’s Technology Division. He worked his way up from teller to Technology Support Specialist, Technology Service Desk Manager, and now Technology Services Manager. He holds a degree in Communication Studies from Cabrillo College and lives in Scotts Valley, California.
